Simply Operational | Effective June 2026

These Terms & Conditions govern your use of SMS/text messaging communications from Simply Operational, operated by Teri Moody. By opting in to receive text messages, you agree to the following terms.

1. Program Description

Simply Operational operates a text messaging program to send clients appointment confirmations, appointment reminders, and optional post-appointment satisfaction survey links. Messages are sent from a 10-digit local phone number registered under the A2P 10DLC program.

2. How to Opt In

You may opt in to receive text messages by checking the SMS consent checkbox on the booking form at simply-operational.com/schedule/. The checkbox states your explicit consent and is never pre-checked. Consent is voluntary and is not a condition of booking or purchasing any service.

3. Message Frequency

Message frequency varies based on your scheduled appointments. You may receive up to 3 messages per appointment (confirmation, reminder, and follow-up). Simply Operational will never send unsolicited promotional messages.

4. Rates & Fees

Message and data rates may apply. Contact your wireless carrier for details about your text and data plan.

5. How to Opt Out

You may cancel the SMS service at any time. To opt out, reply STOP to any message you receive from Simply Operational. After sending STOP, you will receive one final confirmation message and no further messages will be sent to your number. To re-subscribe, reply START.

6. How to Get Help

If you need assistance with the messaging program, reply HELP to any message or contact Simply Operational directly by email at teri.moody@simply-operational.com.

7. Carrier Liability

Carriers are not liable for any delayed or undelivered messages. Message delivery is subject to carrier network availability and conditions.

8. Privacy

Your mobile phone number and opt-in consent data will never be sold, rented, or shared with third parties for marketing or promotional purposes. For full details on how Simply Operational handles your personal data, please review our Privacy Policy.

9. Changes to These Terms

Simply Operational reserves the right to update these Terms & Conditions at any time. Continued opt-in status after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
