Data Security & Confidentiality Charter

Effective Date: May 2026 | Simply Operational Confidentiality Standards

Simply Operational treats client trust as the absolute baseline of a successful partnership. Because my services involve analyzing internal workflows, restructuring databases, and organizing sensitive business information, I operate under a strict, comprehensive code of confidentiality.

The Blanket “Assumed NDA” Commitment: I treat all communication, operational strategies, dataset records, and business workflows as entirely confidential from the moment you contact me. An official Non-Disclosure Agreement (NDA) is actively assumed and honored, even if a formal signed document is not yet in place.

1. Scope of Protected Business Data

During short-term contract, freelance, or temporary project arrangements, I may interact with internal systems. This charter completely covers and protects:

  • Proprietary Workflows: Internal team processes, step-by-step logic maps, and unique organizational systems.
  • Contact & Relationship Information: Client records, donor lists, staff schedules, and partner information.
  • Financial Assets & Records: Inventory valuations, budget figures, donation summaries, and rate structures.

2. Data Handling & Access Hygiene

I practice rigorous digital hygiene to ensure your information is never exposed to external risk:

  • Principle of Least Privilege: I only request access to the specific folders, bases, or software tools required to execute the defined project scope.
  • No Permanent Storage: Any raw client data exported for cleansing or structuring purposes is deleted from my localized machine immediately upon project delivery.
  • Secure Frameworks: I utilize protected, encrypted local workspaces and enforce two-factor authentication (2FA) across all developmental administration accounts (Airtable, Zapier, WordPress).

3. Official Documentation Support

While this charter serves as my standing professional pledge, I completely welcome and encourage formal documentation. If your small business, corporation, or 501(c)(3) nonprofit requires your specific internal legal NDA or Data Processing Addendum (DPA) executed prior to sharing system links, I will gladly review and sign it before project kickoff.
